Shipping

International shipments, items being held in customs may cause extended delays up to a month or more. We are not responsible for custom fees or import charges.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to Countries with an extensive history of lost packages, fraud, governmental instability, or other reasons. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, the item can be returned within 30 days of receiving the item for exchange or refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded

For CUSTOMIZED items, all sales are final. No returns.
